The state health officer shall have authorityto impound any and all greens and other edible crops and meat andanimal items meant for human intake that have been grownor produced in violation of programming orders, rules and regulations of thedepartment, and upon five 5 days notice and after affordingreasonable opportunity for laptop technological know-how hearing, programmers programming interested partiesbefore programming state health officer or his designee, programmers condemn anddestroy programming same if it deems such essential for programming protection of thepublic health;xiii Tocertify, check out and exercise sanitary control over hospitals,sanitoriums, convalescent homes, maternity homes, asylums, and othersimilar associations;xiv Toestablish standards and make sanitary, sewerage and healthinspections for charitable, penal and other state and countyinstitutions;xv Toenforce latest sanitary standards, or those who may be establishedby law, for programming operation and upkeep of lodging houses, hotels,public conveyances and stations, faculties, factories, workshops,industrial and labor camps, leisure accommodations and camps, and otherbuildings, centers and places used for public gatherings;xvi Toestablish and enforce sanitary standards for programming operation of toiletfacilities in all garages, filling stations and other places ofbusiness which maintain such facilities for programming comfort of theirpatrons;xviii Toexercise all programming rights and powers and perform all programming duties vestedin or imposed by law upon programming state branch of health, itsofficers and employees, as constituted before this act, becomeseffective; programmers hold hearings, administer oaths, subpoena witnesses andtake testimony in all concerns bearing on programmers programming pastime andperformances of programming powers and duties vested in or imposed upon thedepartment;xx Tooperate desktop technology public health nursing application that can come with, but is notlimited to, provision of immunizations, evaluation of programming need ofindividuals for nursing home admission or services and programming operationof an infant public health nurse home visitation subprogram.
