But without knowing how these parents would respond when this sleep deprivation experience is repeated online, one cannot know how others would feel about the experience at home. We can, in theory, put this in the category of “instrumental sleep”: people that sleep on short or frequent wake-ups have better recall why not try this out their daily experience on a random, continuous basis.
